  1. Arrange the London Broil Top Round Roast Beef, Brown Sugar & Spice Delight® Off the Bone Ham, and Genoa Salami in separate sections of a large serving board or platter. Fold or roll slices for visual appeal.
  2. Fan out the Blanc Grue® Gruyere Cheese, 43% Lower Sodium Provolone Cheese, and Colby Jack Cheese in overlapping layers.
  3. Spoon the 54% Lower Sodium Yellow Mustard and Garlic Aioli Gourmaise® Spread into small serving bowls.
  4. Add Kosher Dill Pickle Chips, marinated sweet peppers, caramelized onions, and roasted garlic (optional) to the board in small bowls or loose clusters.
  5. Slice the rolls or baguette into 1-inch pieces and place on the board or in a basket on the side. Add a handful of fresh arugula or fresh greens for a pop of color and freshness.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs.
  7. Serve immediately with small tongs or forks for assembling.
